Business Starters Network
The Business Starters Network is a series of monthly evening meetings for both men and women who are either thinking about setting up their own business or who have set one up but are not yet trading. It is designed to help like-minded people meet in a relaxed and social environment as well as giving them valuable knowledge of various aspects of setting up a business through guest speakers.
Also, in order to help those on the brink of trading to advertise their business there is the opportunity for them to give a short presentation about their product/service. These meetings are open to everyone regardless of whether there's someone with a similar business to your own attending or not. The group meets once a month, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Woughton Parish Council, 33-37 Farthing Grove, Netherfield, Milton Keynes, MK6 4JH. A map to the venue is available on request.
1 2 3 Networking Group for women business starters
The 123 Networking Group is a women-only series of meetings held on the last Tuesday of each month.
The meetings take the format of a guest speaker giving a presentation on a particular subject relating to setting up your own business. A member of the group also gives a short presentation about their business. In between these presentations there is the opportunity to meet with like-minded women in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings regardless if there's another business similar to yours or not.
